Subscription legal service for organizations - legal support of activities

Legal service support is a kind of legal service rendered on the outsourcing base.

The practice is as follows:

After Legal Service Support Agreement is signed, UKT-Group allots a lawyer to the Client bearing the complete responsibility for all the Client’s affairs, such as orders, oral consulting, written conclusions, draft agreements, agreement assessments, participation in negotiations with and in favor of the Client, communications with the Client’s partners and on behalf of the Client order of service from the third parties.
UKT-Group representatives contact the Client by phone, e-mail and fax and personally if necessary. Payment is due once a month according to the following schedule:

Note: If a support portfolio limit is exceeded, the pricelist defines fees for every additional hour. The support portfolio does not include registration and incorporation fees, as well as licensing expense payable additionally. The above MINIMUM, OPTIMA and CORPORATE support portfolios include service on representing the Client in court at the claim sums up to 10.000 euro. If the claim sum exceeds 10.000 euro, the parties shall agree on some bonuses to UKT-Group depending on the claim outcome.

If the Client asks a lawyer on some question demanding certain knowledge or practice, it is the lawyer’s duty to submit the issue to the corresponding departments of UKT-Group for consideration and to provide the Client with complete and comprehensive assessment;

Every month, UKT-Group issues a Lawyer’s report and attaches it to the Delivery-acceptance act .
